唐朝大诗人李白，小时候不喜欢读书。一天，乘老师不在屋，悄悄溜出门去玩儿。
他来到山下小河边，见一位老婆婆，在石头上磨一根铁杵。李白很纳闷，上前问：“老婆婆，您磨铁杵做什么？”老婆婆说：“我在磨针。”李白吃惊地问：“哎呀！铁杵这么粗大，怎样能磨成针呢？”老婆婆笑呵呵地说：“只要天天磨铁杵总能越磨越细，还怕磨不成针吗？”聪明的李白听后，想到自己，心中惭愧，转身跑回了书屋。
从此，他牢记“只要功夫深，铁杵磨成针”的道理，发奋读书。

杰出发明家爱迪生在研究了弧光灯后宣布他能发明一种使人满意的光。但这种灯需要特殊的材料做灯芯，爱迪生先后实验了数千种材料，经过几千次失败，1879年4月他改善了前人的棒状、管状灯，做出了一个玻璃球状物；1879年10月21日他把一个经过碳处理的棉线固定在玻璃泡内，抽出了空气、封上口、通上电流，它发光了，人类历史上首个电灯出现了7、无独有偶，1897年，原籍波兰的法国科学家居里夫人对放射性物质进行研究。她为了提炼一种别人不明白的放射性物质，搞到了一吨可能含这种物质的工业废渣。在院里进行冶炼、溶解、沉淀、分析。

当今大学生进行面试时，除了常规的问题之外，还会碰到各种各样意想不到的问题，而招聘单位也正是从这些千奇百怪的面试中，选拔出他们所需要的人才。最近就从电视上看到这样一档节目：一家公司在对三位大学生进行面试时，搞了一次活动，让三位大学生到一家幼儿园，分别向小朋友们解释“竞争”这个词的含义。招聘单位不仅仅从三位大学生在这次活动中的具体表现，更是从他们在细节处的表现，去评价他们是否具备良好的组织潜力、沟通潜力、表达潜力、创新潜力、应变潜力，是否诚恳、认真，是否具有爱心、耐心，是否尊重对方、把服务对象放在第一位等等，由此他们总结出三位面试者综合潜力的高低，从而选出一位最佳的人才。因为现代市场经济需要的是综合型的、应用型的人才。只具备了高等的学历和丰富的知识是不行的，还要有潜力。从必须好处上说，潜力比知识更重要。所以招聘单位也都期望得到这样的人才。但面试时间很短，因此他们就从面试者的一言一行、一举一动中进行决定。一位礼仪专家曾说：“教养体现于细节，细节展现素质。”因为一些小事情或一些不经意的细节往往会透露出一个人的内心世界，显现出一个人的本质，招聘方就能从中迅速产生决定，结果就可能会影响到一个人的前程。而这些都不是大学生短
时间靠突击就能具备的，需要长时间的培养。如果你拥有良好的全面素质，你就会比别人拥有更多的机遇。
大学生在求职过程中，要想把握住更多的机会，就务必具备较高的综合素质。在知识面广、专业技术精通、业务潜力强的基础上，还务必提高个人的修养，在日常的生活、学习中养成良好的习惯，以避免因为一些细节问题而影响自己的前程。要想提高个人的修养，就务必掌握一些必备的礼仪知识。
首先是个人礼仪。虽然大学生的主要任务是学习文化知识，但要想塑造良好的大学生形象，给人以良好的第一印象，就务必注意学习一些个人礼仪知识。比如修饰、化妆、仪态、服饰、谈话等等。在现代市场经济下，每个组织都在塑造自己良好的形象，其中就包括员工形象。一位打扮不合时宜的、或粗心的、或邋遢的大学生与形象良好的大学生在同等条件下参加面试，前者肯定是落选者。因为员工的不良形象也有损组织的形象，给组织带来损失。就有这样一位大学生，他在面试时穿了一身刚买的深色西装、一双黑色的皮鞋和一双白色的袜子，期望自己形象不俗，能给主试者留下良好的第一印象。但他不知自己已违背了西装着装的基本规则。他虽然穿上了深色的西装和黑色的皮鞋，却不合时宜地以一双与前者反差过大的白色袜子同其搭配，而且在他所穿的西装上衣的左侧衣袖上，本当先行拆掉的商标，依旧赫然在目。本想给考官留下良好印象的这位大学生得到了相反的结果。所以，大学生参加面试时，必须要注意一些细节问题。比如皮肤要洁净，指甲要及时修剪，头发要整洁，口腔要卫生，要有正确的站、坐、走相，服装要合时宜，鞋要擦干净，不要随便打断主考官的谈话，谈话时要注意语音、语调、语速、语气等等，还有很重要的一点是面试过
程中要始终面带微笑。这些细节都是体现大学生素质修养的，掌握了这些礼节，将有助于大学生求职的成功。
其次是公共礼仪。公共礼仪是大学生介入社会生活的一种基本工具，更有助于大学生的求职就业。有一个著名的例子就是金利来品牌的创始人曾宪梓在面试应聘者时，出了一道搞笑的测试题：将一把用来打扫卫生的扫把斜放在办公室门口。
应聘者很多，但并不是所有的应聘者都能把扫把扶起来。曾宪梓最后录取的是那些到达条件并主动将倒在地上的扫把扶起来的人。他的道理很简单，应试的人进出时看到了倒在地上的扫把，虽然自己不会跌倒，但可能会碰到其他的人，并且看着也别扭，而他却不愿意弯一弯腰把扫把扶起来，说明这个人不习惯为他人着想，或是不灵敏，而且很懒。如果有潜力的大学生因为这件事而与将要到手的工作失之交臂，实在是太可惜了。
还有一位品学兼优、精明强干的女大学生，被一家外资企业看中了，但就因为她不明白有关轿车座次的礼节，而大意失荆州。根据礼仪规范，当轿车的主人亲自驾车时，一名搭车者只有在轿车的前排与之平起子坐，才是尊重对方的做法。但当那位外资企业的外方总经理亲自驾车时，这位女大学生却坐在了轿车的后排座位，这通常被理解为有意怠慢亲自驾车的主人。这样一来，其结果便可想而知。如果掌握了公共礼仪知识，大学生就不会因为这些细节问题而阻碍求知就业了。比如要有良好的公德心，尊重、关心别人，真诚待人，能正确称呼对方，掌握握手的礼仪，乘坐交通工具的礼仪，能正确使用现代通信工具，懂得一些国际礼仪等等。
应对就业，大学生的心理也是复杂多变的。透过几年大学生活，同学们在知识、潜力与人格方面有了用心的显著发展，有着强烈的就业意愿和用心的就业动机，为能尽快自己的人生价值而感到由衷的欢欣；而就业岗位和就业方式的多样化也为大学生就业带给了更多的机遇和更大的自由度，许多大学生都摩拳擦掌，跃跃欲试，准备在所学专业领域一展身手。但是在就业过程中，又难免出现种种心理矛盾、心理误区和心理障碍。
大学生就业的一般心理问题：
大学生群体是个体由青年期到成年期成长过程中一个特殊的群体。集多种特殊性于一身，具有处于“第二次心理断乳期”、“边缘人”地位，处于“心理延续尝负期”，多重价值观、人格的再构成等心理内在原因；同时存在着环境中诱发因素的作用，使得大学生的心理健康状况比个体一生中的其他阶段人群及处于这一时期的其他群体明显要低。一般的观点认为“大学生就业期的心理问题主要有挫折心理、从众心理、嫉妒心理、羞怯心理、盲目攀比心理、自卑心理、依靠心理等”，及其他心理如注重实惠、坐享其成的心态、过分强调自我价值等等。为了帮忙广大毕业生同学更好地认识这些问题，为就业做好心理准备和心理调适，我们首先从以下几个方面来看看大学生就业时一般存在哪些心理问题。
（一）就业心理压力与焦虑
当前激烈的就业竞争环境使就业问题给大学生带来了较大的心理压力，而且这种压力在各年级学生都存在。清华大学2000年的调查显示，个人前途与就业已成为大学生心理压力中最大的因素，而且压力有随着年级增高而上升的趋势。学生就业压力体验相当严重，尤其以心理体验最为严重。大学生毕业前心理压力较过去有明显增大，主要原因是毕业方向的选取、就业、考研、恋爱分合、大学中不愉快经历、离别感伤、突发事件、经济条件等冲突和事件；女大学生心理压力大于男大学生，农村学生的焦虑水平高于城市学生。而大学生应对就业压力的释放方式则过于内向化，主要是自己解决和求助于同学朋友。
（二）就业心理期望与失落感
许多大学生都有一种“十年寒窗，一举成名”的心理，因此对择业的期望相当高。大学生大多期望到生活条件好，福利待遇高的大城市、大机关、大公司工作，而不愿到急需人才但条件艰苦的中小城市和基层小单位，过分地思考择业的地域、职位的高低和单位的经济效益。高期望驱使毕业生总是向往高薪水、高职位、高起点，渴求高收入、高物质回报率，并一厢情愿地对用人单位提出种种要求，将自己就业的目标定得很高，即使找不到适宜的单位也不肯降低就业期望值。比如，有一些学生就说：“非北京、上海、深圳不去。”但是现实就业岗位大多不像大学生所想象得那么完美，因此当发现现实与理想的差异较大时，就容易出现“高不成，低不就”现象，并产生偏执、幻想、自卑、虚伪等心理问题，并可能导致择业行为的偏差。
（三）就业观念不合理
大学生的择业观念虽然在总体上是倾向于务实化与理性化，但由于处于择业观念的转型过程，因此各种不良观念也存在着，并影响了大学生的健康、顺利就业。这些不良观念主要表此刻以下几个方面：
1、只顾眼前利益，忽视职业发展。一些大学生在择业标准中只有工作条件、收入等眼前实在利益，而对自我的职业兴趣、潜力、职业的发展前景等因素不作思考，因而极易选取到并不适合自己的职业。
2、职业标准过于功利化、等级化。一些毕业生同学过分强调职业的功利价值，甚至还将职业划分为不同等级，而不思考国家与社会的需要，不愿意到条件比较艰苦的地区和行业去工作。
3、求安稳，求职一次到位的传统观念根深蒂固。很多大学生仍然喜欢稳定、清闲、福利保障好的单位，期望以此就能选定理想的职业，而不愿意选取有风险、有挑战性的职业，更不敢去自己创业。
4、过分强调专业对口，学以致用。在求职时，只要是与自己专业关系不密切的职业就不思考，这样做只能是人为地增加了自己的就业难度。
5、职业好处认识不当。许多大学生从观念上来说，还是仅仅把工作当作一种谋生的手段，没有充分认识到职业对个人发展、社会进步的重要好处。
综上所述：大学生在求职面试时需要注意的问题很多，但这些问题并不是不可避免的，应对心理问题时只要端正自己的心态；应对细节问题时只要大学生在日常生活中掌握一些礼仪知识，并能养成良好的习惯，在问题中层现出当代大学生的良好的心理和礼仪素质，相信有知识、有潜力的大学生能在激烈竞争的市场经济中找到自己的位置。

三、专业同：热门专业人才过剩近年来，一些工科院校和具有专业特色的学校追求综合发展，纷纷上马热门专业，致使这些专业的毕业生就业难度加大。
四、薪酬低：关于大学生薪酬期望值的问卷调查结果显示，有66.4%的本科毕业生期望自己的月薪在2000元以上，但据有关机构的调查结果显示，大学生月薪的市场值平均为1600~1700元/月，毕业生的期望值显然高出社会现实水准，也导致部分大学生“有业不就”。
五、假招聘：有效招聘信息数量减少。一些企业利用当前大学生供过于求的形势，推出假招聘，先给出诱人的待遇条件，然后以培训等名义收取费用，再以试用不合格等理由辞退学生。大学生就业的招聘信息表面看渠道多，但有效的、实用的信息并不多，大学生获取真实有效的信息少，导致就业难。
就业形势严峻的原因：
首先是社会对高校毕业生的吸纳潜力有所减弱。各级政府机构改革、人员分流，国有企业深化体制改革、减员增效，国有单位这些传统的就业领域对毕业生的需求没有明显增加，而且还相对萎缩；
其次是招生规模的不断扩大。06年是扩招后第一个就业高峰，毕业生的数量比往年明显增加，造成社会对毕业生的整体社会需求量与实际毕业人数之间的矛盾突出，毕业生求职择业的竞争加剧。再过两、三年，我们的毕业生人数将成倍地增加，如果我们不能很好地解决这些毕业生的就业，将构成严重的社会问题。
再次是结构性就业不足，对高校毕业生就业形势的严峻程度起推波助澜的作用。不同学历层次、不同专业、不同学校毕业生就业状况存在很大的差距；毕业生向经济发达地区和大中城市集中的趋势相当明显；，我们相当部分高校毕业生仍抱着进国家大学读书，要解决户口和干部身份问题，进国家机关、事业单位最有保障的观念。
最后，来自农村的学生、女大学生在就业过程中处于不利地位。根据有关调查显示，来自农村的毕业生的就业率比来自城市的毕业生的就业率低10.09%，女性毕业生的就业率比男性毕业生低6.4%。
大学生在就业中存在的主要问题——就业心理准备不足
1.自我主角转换不够及时对于大多数的学生来说，大学阶段过的是一种单纯而有保障的生活，学习、生活、交际都较有规律，这样的生活与现实社会自然存在必须的距离。在大学生活结束之际，踏上岗位之前，最重要的就是能够迅速完成自我主角转换，做好就业心理准备。在调查统计结果证明，有80%以上的大学毕业生不能够及时完成主角转换。
2.自我认识，自我了解不够准确就业前如何选取职业，要根据自身的个性特征来决定。气质和性格往往对人选取职业和事业成功有很大影响。全面了解自己的心理特点是选取职业的重要前提；兴趣是爱好的推动者，爱好是兴趣的实行者。人们对职业的选取往往以自己的兴趣爱好出发，这就更需要认真分析自己的兴趣爱好。
对自己充分的了解，是每一个求职者进行职场定位的依据与前提，而大学生在面临巨大的就业压力时，往往很少能真正做到全面了解自己。
大学生应如何应对当前的严峻形势：
应对如此严峻的就业形势以及自身存在的问题，大学生在实际生活中要遵循“开阔眼界、应对现实、正确定位”的原则。
首先，强化择业的竞争意识，在正确自我评价的基础上，充分相信自己的实力，敢于透过竞争去到达理想的目标。在心理上务必从社会进步和深化改革的角度来加深对竞争机制的认识，强化自身的竞争意识，自觉地正视社会现实，转变观念，做好参加竞争的准备。
其次，要学会正确对待挫折人们在求职择业中遇到挫折是正常的，切不可因此而自卑。一个心理健康的人对人生总持续着自信心，如丧失了自信心，就失去了开拓新生活的勇气。顺境中有自信心不足为奇。逆境中更需要自信心的支持。生活中的挫折是造就强者的必由之路，挫折是锻炼意志、增强潜力的好机会。遇到挫折后应放下心理包袱，仔细寻找失利的原因，调整好目标，脚踏实地前进，争取新的机会。

（1）扩招惹的祸。2003年是高校扩招后的第一个毕业生高峰年，全国高校毕业生从2002年的145万猛增至212万人，2004年再增68万，达280万人，到2005年，进入就业市场的高校毕业生可能将突破340万，毕业生就业形势的一年紧过一年。于是，许多家长和学生抱怨：都是扩招惹的祸！
我国大学毛入学率虽已接近国际公认的高等教育大众化15%的起点指标，但受过高等教育的人口仍只占总人口的5%左右，与发达国家高等教育毛入学率40%~50％以及从业人口中高学历比例1/3相比，中国的大学毕业生远未到过剩的程度，我国大学毕业生的饱和性失业是不存在的。教育部对部分高校6000多名毕业生择业行为的调查显示，期望在沿海开放城市就业的学生高达66.67%，仅有6.37%和2.59%的人选取内地省会城市和中小城市，至于乡镇、农村及边远地区几乎没有人愿去。可见毕业生就业难、人才过剩只是相对过剩，相对人才集中的大城市、大企业和大公司而已，在广大农村地区和西部地区，则是绝对不足。
（2）大学毕业必然是精英。随着经济的快速发展，我国高等教育正在实现几十来的精英教育向大众教育的转变，越来越趋近大众化。而广大学生及其家长对毕业生就业的看法依然停留在十几年前精英教育阶段的观念上：只要大学毕业，就意味着是“精英”，必须得有一个体面的工作。因此，毕业生及其家长十分强调单位的性质、行政级别（或企业规模）、中心地理位置及起点待遇等。所以观念不能及时革新，思想不能与时俱进，是毕业生就业难的症结所在。刚毕业的大学生从各方面来看创造出的价值都是有限的，因此应理性地给自己一个较为准确的定位。

2.1政府：创造良好的就业创业环境
首先，政府应加快经济发展，为高校毕业生就业创造良好的宏观环境。其次政府需继续重视和推进社会就业，进一步理顺毕业生就业体制，始终坚持市场取向，提高劳动力市场的流动性。淡化户口对劳动力市场供需双方自主选取的约束，淡化单位的福利保障功能，在户口、档案管理和劳动保险等方面给予相应配套的社会保障。同时带给优惠政策，鼓励大学毕业生到农村和西部地区就业，鼓励自主创业。大学毕业生不就应仅是社会现有岗位的竞争者，挤占就业机会，而更就应是新岗位的开拓者，为社会带来就业的机会。政府应出台鼓励各种资本对毕业生新创高科技实体进行投资的倾斜政策；设立大学生创业基地，并为创业大学生带给专业指导、法律咨询、市场分析等服务；对自主创业的大学生在审批手续、金融贷款、工商登记、税收等予以特殊优惠。

2.3高校：教育教学改革刻不容缓
（1）毕业生就业状况已成为衡量高校办学成效的重要标志。教育部每年公布的各大高校就业率必然给学校施以压力和动力，学校只顾教育不管就业行不通了。
（2）学校教育与市场需求、职业潜力之缝谁来填？目前状况下高校得担此大任。高校教学改革与社会发展、国家建设需要紧密结合。专业设置、课程结构要满足市场所需；建立“高校毕业生就业率反馈”、“高校生源报考录取比预警”等系统，根据不同专业科学地制定扩招规模；加大社会急需专业的招生数量，控制长线专业的发展规模，对教学质量不高、专业设置不合理的专业要减少招生数量甚至停止招生。

（4）高校应加强毕业生就业指导工作。给就业指导工作重新定位，成为学生思想政治教育的一个部分，作为对学生的人生指导，满足学生对于人生发展和职业生涯设计的需求，贯穿于大学教育的始终，既弥补以前就业指导的不足，又丰富了大学生思想政治教育体系。加强就业指导的理论研究和实践操作。在高等院校中构建适应社会发展的就业指导体系，建立完整的就业指导目标、指导资料，构成有效的就业指导方式和手段，逐步推进在整个大学期间的就业指导，并且在就业指导的同时推进对学生的人生教育，提高学生对素质教育的认同度和参与的用心性。
（5）自主创业是时代的要求，也是我国高校毕业生就业体系改革的一个方向，也给大学生就业指导工作提出了更高的要求。授人以鱼，不如授人以渔。联合国教科文组织提出，学习的“第三本护照”是创业潜力。重视对大学生开展创业教育并将其在高校教程中加以正规化、制度化成为我国高等教育的一个趋势。
