There is plenty of evidence to show that sustainable development can be achieved by balancing economic growth with protection of the environment。 The key to achieving this is to make people aware of the seriousness of the problem。 Both governments and ordinary citizens should join hands to make this world a better place to live in， not only for ourselves， but also for future generations。

I want to travel this great country of ours。 I want to see the beauty of our country。 I want to see the miracles that made this country great! I want to go from the east to west， from the north all the way down to the south! I have a dream， that one day I can travel and see my country with my family and friends! 不知不觉已经从事小学体育教学有十余载，应对新课程改革的浪潮，为我们带来了机遇，同时也掂量出我们的分量，小学体育课教学反思。我觉得课堂教学真的不简单，所要应对的事情太多了，但从中也学到一些东西和一些经验，借此机会和大家分享一下：
针对于小学低年级学生，动作要领到底要不要讲得那么细，课中的分解动作练习有没有必要？因为我发现，有些学生在学习了动作要领之后，动作相反不协调了，变形的动作对学生的体育学习是不利的。在课堂组织上，该充分地放手，还是要收？
怎样才算是一堂好的体育课？记得在一次教师培训中，教研员说，只要学生在有限的时光充分活动，全身心的投入就是一堂好课。认为上体育课没有必要排着整齐的队伍集合，慢跑。要思考学生的兴趣及想法，不能让学生觉得上操场好象上刑场一样。提出了此刻的体育教学有些教师还是以竞技项目为主，以增强体质为教学目标。
素质教育与现代思想要求我们要教会学生“学会学习”和“学会健体，要重视培养独立从事科学锻炼身体的潜力。于是我们有些教师由此认为体育教学要实现多项转变：由“重视学会”转变为“重视会学”；由“重视体育技能学习”转变为“重视体育潜力的培养”；由“重视技能掌握”转变为“重视情感体验”。于是在教学中就出现了“自定目标、自主学习、自主锻炼”等名目繁多的教学手段。学生在课堂上爱怎样学就怎样学，只要课堂上学生始终是在欢笑中度过就是成功的好课，就说我们学校这次开展的体育教学活动来说，两堂体育课资料设计都合乎学生的兴趣，但是总觉得少了些什么，运动技能荡然无存，教师和学生轻简单松在欢笑中下了课。试问学生的潜力得到发展了吗?学生的体能得到锻炼了吗？
作为基层的体育教师的总有一种迷茫的感觉，总觉得体育课程改革纯理论的东西过多，具体实际指导的、可操作性的东西太少。我们是不是真要天天培养学生的体育兴趣，不进行体育训练与竞赛？理论与实践总是存在着必须的距离。象我们学校几乎每个班都有60多人，每个人的身体素质不一样，兴趣不相同，更何况体育项目种类繁多，有的喜欢打篮球，有的喜欢踢足球、赛跑、投掷等等。假如都依照学生的兴趣，让他们在玩乐中学习。在学生的心里可能会认为这是一堂活动课，在其他老师的眼里认为这是一堂“放羊课”。其实“放羊课”是个性难上的课。所谓“放羊”，要有足够的“草”让“羊”吃，要有安全的场地让“羊”吃饱。象这类课我不敢上，一来让人看了似乎有些不务正业，让学生在操场疯玩，自我到处转悠，巡视。二来学校的环境有些不允许，一堂体育课，操场上有三四班算少了，经常六七个班在场地上。这儿跑去撞到人，那儿投球砸到人了，更别说其它项目。高喊了几年的素质教育，快乐体育，还是在传统的教学方法上打转，四列横队集合、慢跑、讲解示范等等。
公说公有理，婆说婆有理，我们只有全盘接纳，待到仔细回味真是酸甜苦辣尽有。不管怎样，贴合学校实际状况的教学才是最好的！

游戏比赛在小学体育教材中占有相当的份量，透过游戏教学能培养学生的创新精神、竞争意识、团结合作、热爱群众和遵纪守法等优良品质。而这些优良品质正是一个人健康心态的集中体现。游戏深受学生的喜爱，也为教师开展心理健康教育带给了良机。例如，在游戏比赛中一些个性较强的学生因不服输而与对方发生争执，甚至拳脚相向，也有失利的组同学之间互相埋怨，导致受指责的学生产生怯场心理而退出比赛。这样一来，不仅仅影响了游戏教学的正常进行，而且还伤了同学之间的和气。这时，我抓住这一契机，耐心地教导学生个性是有倾向性的使学生认识游戏比赛的好处，正确看待比赛的成败，批评有碍团结的不良倾向。同时还要与学生一道分析造成失败的原因，找出制胜的有利因素。还有一个例子就是，我们学校举行一个足球比赛，就因为争一个球，就准备打架了，我立刻跟他们两个人说：友谊第一，比赛第二；不然就请先离场休息。最终使学生化“沮丧”为“振奋”，以用心的心态迎接新的挑战。
二、培养善于理解意外事实的潜力
任何人从事任何事情都不可能一帆风顺，事事如意。同样，学生在体育学习中，也难免会遇到挫折。便如，在一场校际拔河比赛中，因我发现一名外班的学生参与了某班的比赛，故大声斥责，结果使该班的学生转移了注意力而导致失败。这种由于决心书外因素造成的失利使学生难于理解，情绪十分恶劣。对于这种意外事情的发生，我主动地向学生说明真相，讲清道理，充分肯定他们的实力，保护他们的自尊心，并带给再赛的机会。同时还能够透过我国运动员参加世界大赛出师不利的典型事便来教育学生，使学生了解任何比赛都可能存在必须的意外，包括裁判不公等，培养学生理解意外事实的潜力，从而增强抗挫折潜力和自我调节情绪的潜力。
三、利用小组活动形式，培养乐于合群的性格
性格是个性的核心要素。良好的性格对于学习具有重要影响，而人的性格和交际关系、心理健康有着密切联系。小学阶段是性格构成期，我们应当透过教学培养学生良好的性格，使他们乐于交往，兴趣广泛，与人和谐相处和用心进取。如在体育分组活动中，常会发现个别学生不愿参与活动，只是坐在一旁观看或四处走走，询问为何？大都强调客观原因。经深入调查才得知或是因性格孤僻而导致不合群，或是因为体育成绩不理想，而没有人愿意与他们一组。针对这一状况，我就亲自上阵，带领不合群的学生一齐参加小组活动，指导小组活动方法，并在巡视中不时地过问该小组每个成员的活动状况，及时表扬小组成员取得的成绩，使不合群的学生增添信心、融入群体。此外，还可创设两人合作的游戏比赛，让这类学生在愉快的气氛中与同伴打成一片。这样日积月累，持这以恒，就能帮忙学生培养起良好的性格。
四、采用“运动处方”教学方式
教学中为了锻炼同学们的自我组织潜力、自我管理潜力，为了有目的、有组织、有计划地教学，满足所有同学的兴趣和需要，有时我把教学资料科学地、严谨地设计成多种运动处方让同学们选取自我所喜欢的运动处方，然后根据选取状况自由结合成小组，每个小组选出一位小组长，小组长带领同学们完成教学资料。各小组在完成运动处方的资料时，根据自我状况选取自我的组织方法和学习方法。这样充分发挥了同学们的聪明才智，发挥了同学们的想象力、创造力，学生的主动性充分调动了，课堂教学一片生机盎然。
五、培养创新精神和实践潜力
创新精神和实践潜力是衡量学生心理健康的一项重要指标。因为一项创新活动的完成，务必具有充沛的体力、饱满的精神和乐观的情绪。为此，体育教师在教学中应透过多种手段培养学生活跃的思维、丰富的想象及运用知识的实践潜力等。比如教材的安排要体现健身性、趣味性和实用性，以促进学生生理、心理和精神待等方面的提升，获得成功和愉快的体验，使他们能热爱体育，增强自尊心和自信心。此外，还可透过教学方法的创新，以开发学生的潜能和完善人格，培养学生自学、自练的潜力，并给学生营造合作学习的氛围，同时为学生带给机会，培养他们的创造力、竞争力。

体育课如何吸引学生呢？我的做法和体会是：
一、“磁化”是前提
所谓“磁化”，就是增加教学的吸引力。罗伯特?特拉费斯说过：“教学是一种独具特色的表演艺术，它区别与其它的表演艺术，这是由于教师与那些观看表演的人的关系所决定的。”体育课表演的技巧性、和谐性和美感愉悦性的特点，就是教师内在的人格显露。教师的表演同演员一样在声、神、行等方面具有艺术修养，向学生展示自我的潜力和真实情感，只但是不象演员那样“自我”罢了。我认为学生对体育课缺乏兴趣，与其责怪学生，不如反问自我。要使体育教学有实效，第一要紧的是要把学生的心“磁化”过来，使学生乐学。这样教师的“教”与学生的“学”之间便构成合力，产生“磁化”效应，从而产生师生间的情感共鸣。
二、“变化”是关键
所谓“变化”，就是根据教学对象和教学资料的特点，变换教学方法，以求取得最佳的教学效果，也就是我们经常说的，教学有法，教无定法，贵在得法。
1、把猜谜、讲故事引进体育课

低年级学生争强好胜，热衷于小型竞赛，教学中能够充分利用他们的这一心理特点。如：当学生掌握快速跑动作后，就能够组织他们进行直线接力跑、十字接力跑；单脚跳可演变成跳进去拍人和斗鸡；投掷小垒球可组织学生打坦克、打飞机比赛，由于比赛激烈，学生就能较好地全身心投入。又如：学生甲在走廊上玩，学生乙在其背后打了一下，只见甲猛一转身，拔腿就追，直到甲、乙两人都气喘嘘嘘地趴在地上为止。此种在操场上屡见不鲜的镜头引起我们的思考：为什么学生在学习起跑时反应就不那么快？为什么学生练习耐久跑时就不能那样卖力？其实，学生在玩耍时都显露出其个性心理特征，如果教学过程能适应其个性，能激发其个性倾向性，那么教学效果就会大大的提高。
三、“感化”是目的
教学活动中，良好的师生关系具体表现为向师性和向生性。这就是教师和学生之间感情融洽、心理相容、构成愉快和谐的课堂气氛。苏霍姆费斯基说过“教育技巧的全部奥妙就在于如何爱护学生。”教师在教学中，从爱护学生出发才能客观地一视同仁地对待每一个学生。使他们能感受到教师的关心和爱护。个性是对一些“问题学生”，教师只要把全部的爱心献给他们，对他们给予了解、尊重和信任，时刻关注他们的点滴进步，给予肯定和表扬，就能把问题学生转变过来。
在我所教的班级中有几个“问题学生”，这些学生的特征是：无组织无纪律，学习态度不认真，把老师的批评教育当耳边风。L同学就是其中的一个典型，曾有一段时光经常逃课。班主任到处找他，但一见到班主任就躲，真拿他没办法。在一次课外活动时，我有意的接近他，“L同学，你的协调性很好，欢迎你加入健美操队。”一听这话，他来劲了，开心了。然后我话锋一转，“L同学，老师能够跟你聊聊吗？我们到那边草地上坐坐好吗？”他点了点头，跟着我来到草地上。“某某，老师很孤独，很想跟你交个朋友，你能答应我吗？”说完用期盼的眼神望着他。“老师，其实我也很孤单，我们班的同学个个都不愿意跟我玩，而且妈妈又出差了，我很想念他，恨不得跑到她身边去，但是学校又不让，所以我天天逃课。”“你觉得逃课这种行为对吗？还有，同学们为什么不跟你玩？”“不是的，上次我的手受伤的时候，同学们个个都很关心我，对我很好的，但是我的手好了以后，他们就……”就这样不知不觉我们在草地上坐了差不多一个钟头。经过这次的交谈，L同学愿意上体育课了。有一次我走在路上，突然后面有一个人大声的喊：“老师，我最喜欢你，也最喜欢上体育课。”我回过头一看，原先是L同学。听了这话，我心里甜滋滋的，突然间使我更
进一步的体会到一名人民教师是多么的神圣、多么的自豪，更加强了我当好一名人民教师的信念。
总之，透过又一学期的教学实践，我进一步体会到：体育教师要用高尚的情操、广博的知识和健美的体魄、优美的示范，给学生以用心的影响。“学高为师，身正为范”。教师这种潜移默化的影响会直接教育学生树立正确的学习目的、端正学习态度、增强学习信心、培养体育兴趣，使他们在外校这个桃李芬芳的家园里健康的成长。

时光过的太快了，不知不觉已经在小学体育教学有1年了，我觉得教学真的不简单，所要应对的事情太多了，但从中也学到一些东西和一些经验，借此上学期上过的“一课三上”总结一下。
我上课的资料是《30米快速跑》，借着这堂课，以下的几点，虽然只是从本课中总结出来的经验，但是确是整个教学课堂过程中的一个缩影。

任何人从事任何事情都不可能一帆风顺，事事如意。同样，学生在体育学习中，也难免会遇到一些困难和挫折，但是，当遇到困难和挫折时候的心态，则决定了学生在应对困难时的各种不一样的潜力。有的学生在应对困难时往往能够及时地自我分析问题，总结问题，然后自我想办法解决问题；但是也有学生往往应对突如其来的困难时表现的十分茫然，完全不知所措，第一反映就是期望得到别人或者老师的帮忙。这就是学生理解意外事实时候的潜力差异。而前者的学生正是一个优秀的人所具备潜力。我所采用的教学资料是30米快速跑，很多同学在接触这个项目的时候都能够表现出极大的热情，十分愿意参加到这个项目的学习中去，但是当我采用听哨声变方向快速跑的时候，有很多学生不能及时变换方向，并且只能跟着其他学生进行游戏。这样不仅仅有的同学对游戏失去了信心，而且反映慢的同学在变换方向的时候很容易和其他同学发生冲撞，造成必须的伤害。这样，我将反映相对较慢的学生进行了针对性的练习，让学生在不一样的刺激下进行不一样决定的练习。最终透过强化练习，学生在必须程度上对理解意外事件的潜力都有了必须程度的提高。
三、灵活运用各种教法和学法。
新课程强调教学过程是师生交往、共同发展的互动过程。在教学过程中要处理好传授知识与培养潜力的关系，注意培养学生的独立性和自主性，引导学生质疑、调查、探究，在自主学习中培养独立思考潜力，探究学习中培养解决问题潜力，合作学习中提高合作交流的潜力。《30米快速跑》一课，过去教师一般采用传授式教学法和学生反复练习的方法来完成教学任务。目前，在教法上我改用激趣法和鼓励法进行教学尝试，取得了较好的效果。课前，激发学生模仿小兔跳，然后，比一比谁学得快的任务，让学生自由练习。练习过程中，一些基础好的学生很快就完成老师布置的任务，为了持续学生的练习兴趣，一方面，引导学生学习花样跳绳，一方面，让学生当小老师教不会的同学。每当发现学生微小的进步，我都会不失时机地给予表扬，有时作出惊呀的表情，有时有意输给学生，在我的激发和鼓励下，学生对跳绳充满了兴趣，不仅仅体育课上跳，回家跳，课间十分钟也在跳，学生只要一见到我，就拿着跳绳跑到我跟前，让我数数，应对学生的进步，我深感成功的快乐。体育教学方法层出不穷，有情景教学法、愉快教学法、游戏竞赛法、动机迁移法、成功教学法、创造思维法、兴趣教学法等，从而改变单一的传授式教学方法，在教学实践中在灵活运用

本课主教材教学选用了相互探索法、尝试完善法和竞赛法，始终把教师放在“导演”的位置上，充分发挥学生的主观能动性，让学生自我寻求解决问题和掌握动作技能的方法。抢运弹药技术的教学，注重对学生自学潜力的培养，让他们在自学、讨论、研究的基础上，到达掌握知识技能和技巧的目的。在抢运弹药，创设了“怎样才能送得快送得稳”来启发学生思维群策潜力，并在尝试中提高对问题的认识，增强学生相互配合、相互协作的意识，使学生主体性得到充分发挥，有利于学生主动地学习和发展。在教学中，注重知识的联系性，增强学生对中国革命的了解，渗透了德育，丰富知识，激发学生对祖国大好河山的热爱，对家乡的热爱。
本课在教学中以情激人，陶冶情操，弘扬革命传统。透过创设情景，使学生能够很快进入主角，整个教学过程中，始终渗透了革命传统教育和思想品德教育，使学生在了解革命传统的同时，激发学生对完美祖国的热爱，做一个合格的中学生，发挥自我的聪明才智为祖国建设服务。透过对《抢运弹药》的教学，培养学生热爱劳动、敢于竞争、团结合作的精神。透过激励评价，使他们能够不断地认识自我、完善自我和发展自我。

课改的学习和实践使我领悟到体育教学中出现学生厌学的现象根源不在学生的身上，而在教师的资料和形式上。新体育应关注学生的需要，重视教师的变化，师生不再是某教材某资料的机械实践者，应用教材和资源来完善人，培养人。一切以学生发展为本，这些才是体育课程的最终目标。七年级的学生刚从小学升上来，好动、天真、活泼是他们的本性，表现欲极强，竞争意识十分激烈，游戏作为体育课的一种形式，普遍适用于学生的练习，个性是低年级的学生，培养他们团结协作，相互竞争，相互提高的意识。在本课中，学生的参与性比较强，情绪高涨，发言用心思维敏捷，运用分组对抗法，极大的激励学生的斗志，体现了一个少年自强不息，顽强拼搏的精神。以下是这节课较成功的地方:
1。本节课的教学目标是提高学生的协调性，柔韧性和灵敏性。我采用了蜘蛛爬行和抢运弹药的情境教学来激发学生的表现欲望，从而到达运动的功能和目的。七年级学生好动，但他们对以往的体育课并不感兴趣，究其原因，无论是我们的组织安排还是资料，都太富竞技性和技术性，本节课以障碍跑作为教学的主要资料，在教学中以丰富多彩的形式吸引学生用心参加到运动中来，透过游戏辅助教学活动，锻炼了学生的身体，激发了学生的思维，使他们获得愉快的情感体验，同学之间构成了良好的合作关系，学生动了，快乐了，高兴了。
2。如何在体育课堂教学中落实“学生发展为本，重视学生的主体地位”是当前中小学体育课程改革的一个重要课题。在本案中，教师透过精心设计课的教学组织形式，巧妙运用各种适合七年级学生身心特点的游戏，科学运用，自主学习，合作学习，探究学习等新的学习方式，确保学生的主体地位落实到教学的每一个环节，处处体现了教师的主导作用与学生的主体作用有机融合，从而取得良好的教育教学效果。
３。创造条件，带给机会。学生是课堂的主体，课程资料务必与学生的知识、情感态度、价值观相适应。旧的课程资源脱离了学生的知识和生活经验，忽视了学生的情感体验，所以我创造了“抢运弹药”，让学生体验成功。体育课堂教学中，对学生而言，场地器材是有限的，但思维创造是无限的，要上好一堂课，这就需要体育教师筛选资料，以及根据现有的场地和器材开发新资料、新项目。本课利用栏架、海绵垫、标枪、实心球等创编了项目——抢运弹药。这十分贴合学生的心理特征，即丰富了教学资料，又进行了爱国主义教育和培养了团结合作的精神。
不足地方：如何应对偶发事件。课堂教学环境并不是一个封闭的空间，它会受到各种因素的干扰。刚开始上课的时候，有一学生突然不舒服请假。游戏“踩踩猫”是一对一的对抗性游戏。这样只能让多出的那个同学充当裁判，致使那个学生失去一次参与运动的机会，看到其他同学兴高采烈的玩，那个学生十分失望。那一幕也久久在我脑海中徘徊。所以当我们精心设计的教学方案与偶发事件“遭遇”时，要善于冷静，以便从意外中得到更大的收获。

任何人从事任何事情都不可能一帆风顺，事事如意。同样，学生在体育学习中，也难免会遇到挫折。便如，在一场校际拔河比赛中，因我发现一名外班的学生参与了某班的比赛，故大声斥责，结果使该班的学生转移了注意力而导致失败。这种由于决心书外因素造成的失利使学生难于理解，情绪十分恶劣。对于这种意外事情的发生，我主动地向学生说明真相，讲清道理，充分肯定他们的实力，保护他们的自尊心，并带给再赛的机会。同时还能够透过我国运动员参加世界大赛出师不利的典型事便来教育学生，使学生了解任何比赛都可能存在必须的意外，包括裁判不公等，培养学生理解意外事实的潜力，从而增强抗挫折潜力和自我调节情绪的潜力。
三、利用小组活动形式，培养乐于合群的性格
性格是个性的核心要素。良好的性格对于学习具有重要影响，而人的性格和交际关系、心理健康有着密切联系。小学阶段是性格构成期，我们应当透过体育教学培养学生良好的性格，使他们乐于交往，兴趣广泛，与人和谐相处和用心进取。如在体育分组活动中，常会发现个别学生不愿参与活动，只是坐在一旁观看或四处走走，询问为何？大都强调客观原因。经深入调查才得知或是因性格孤僻而导致不合群，或是因为体育成绩不理想，而没有人愿意与他们一组。针对这一状况，我就亲自上阵，带领不合群的学生一齐参加小组活动，指导小组活动方法，并在巡视中不时地过问该小组每个成员的活动状况，及时表扬小组成员取得的成绩，使不合群的学生增添信心、融入群体。此外，还可创设两人合作的游戏比赛，让这类学生在愉快的气氛中与同伴打成一片。这样日积月累，持这以恒，就能帮忙学生培养起良好的性格。
四、采用“运动处方”教学方式
教学中为了锻炼同学们的自我组织潜力、自我管理潜力，为了有目的、有组织、有计划地教学，满足所有同学的兴趣和需要，有时我把教学资料科学地、严谨地设计成多种运动处方让同学们选取自我所喜欢的运动处方，然后根据选取状况自由结合成小组，每个小组选出一位小组长，小组长带领同学们完成教学资料。各小组在完成运动处方的资料时，根据自我状况选取自我的组织方法和学习方法。这样充分发挥了同学们的聪明才智，发挥了同学们的想象力、创造力，学生的主动性充分调动了，课堂教学一片生机盎然。
五、培养创新精神和实践潜力
创新精神和实践潜力是衡量学生心理健康的一项重要指标。因为一项创新活动的完成，务必具有充沛的体力、饱满的精神和乐观的情绪。为此，体育教师在教学中应透过多种手段培养学生活跃的思维、丰富的想象及运用知识的实践潜力等。比如教材的安排要体现健身性、趣味性和实用性，以促进学生生理、心理和精神待等方面的提升，获得成功和愉快的体验，使他们能热爱体育，增强自尊心和自信心。此外，还可透过教学方法的创新，以开发学生的潜能和完善人格，培养学生自学、自练的潜力，并给学生营造合作学习的氛围，同时为学生带给机会，培养他们的创造力、竞争力。
小学体育课教学反思（八）：
作为向学生传授体育的基本知识、让学生掌握体育的基本技术、构成必须的运动技能、发展体育的综合素质与潜力、提高身体健康水平的一种基本形式，其教学的形式与方法也同样地不再具有唯一性，因此改革体育课传统的教学模式已是体育教学面临的一项首要任务。本人就体育课的教学有如下几点感受：
一、重视体育的准备部分
准备部分的作用是为了学生在从事某一体育项目时避免心理、生理上的准备不足而对学生造成身心方面的损伤。不一样的体育项目对身心方面的要求也不一样。传统的体育教学模式重点放在了关节、韧带、肌肉粘滞性等方面，应而表现出来的资料不外乎慢跑、徒手操、游戏等，而这种形式大多数是在老师的指挥下、按照必须的要求进行的。这在必须程度上束缚了学生的思维与行动，对学生参与体育活动产生了必须的跗面、负面影响。开放式的准备活动，把主动权让给学生，还给学生一个自由发挥、充满想象、富于追求新意的空间。学生能够把从体育课老师那里学来的知识加以运用、能够把电视VCD影像上的优秀资料搬到课堂、也能够是自我根据已有经验思维、加工、合成创造出新的资料。这样既给了学生一个表现自我的机会、又锻炼了学生的组织潜力同时让学生体验到成功的快乐，培养学生良好的学习习惯。
二、体育课基本部分能够充分调动学生学习的用心性
采用开放式的体育课模式就是承认学生存在的差异、区别对待每一个学生，让每一个学生都在最适合自我的学习环境中求得最好的发展，使人人都有“成就感”，有利于学生进行自我评价，学生根据教师的要求及时把学练过程的问题加以总结，反馈教学信息，教师及时修正教学目标，构成良性循环：教师制定教学目标→学生学练→学生自我评价学练效果→信息反馈→教师修订新的教学目标。尊重学生、信任学生、让学生体会成功，能增强学生的自信心，调动学生学习的用心性。对学生予以肯定，对学生而言既是压力又是动力，有了教师对学生的肯定，他们就会在学练过程中努力克服困难，认真完成每一个练习。在宽松的环境中，学生自觉地进行学练，变成教师要学生学为学生自我要学。自我的爱好、自我的喜欢项目，学生总会有一种向上心理。在遇到困难挫折以后，他们会自我想办法来解决问题，这就促使他们进行思考，采用各种办法去解决问题，提高他们学习的用心性。
三、不能“轻视”的体育课的结束部分
体育课的结束部分不拘泥于传统的形式，只要是有益于身、心放松的活动都能够采用，游戏、欢快的群众舞、互相按摩、自我按摩、调整呼吸、意念放松、听一段优雅的音乐，想象把自我置身于优美的自然环境，享受大自然赋予人们的恩赐，课后的理疗、药物、营养补充、桑拿浴等形式都能够让学生采用。让学生寻找出最适合于自我的一种或几种放松活动形式在不一样的状况下采用，有利于他们在走出门后运用，为终身体育服务。
